We are looking for a talent to: Responsibilities Manage the group's premises repossession, reinstatement, and tenancy fitting‑out works. Plan, coordinate, and review all repairing, maintenance, and upgrading works/projects for a diverse property portfolio. Work closely with the Leasing Department, participating in technical feasibility studies to facilitate new leases or asset enhancement initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Manage contractors and vendors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard, within budget, and on schedule. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards comply with relevant regulations. Handle troubleshooting, emergencies, and ad‑hoc technical issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports. Assist in ad‑hoc projects as required. Basic Requirements Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying, Building Services, or related disciplines. A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Technical Officer. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with good time management. Proficient in MS Office applications and AutoCAD. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
