Apply now and build your career with us Job Description Manage and supervise technical services team at the Clubhouses Work with the property management team to deliver high quality technical support to the properties Set up preventive maintenance programmes, ensure and monitor smooth delivery of such programmes Assist in technical services related tendering preparation and analysis Manage, coordinate and supervise fitting‑out, renovation, other alteration and addition works of the building Prepare and work on environmentally friendly/sustainable measures or programme for the long‑term benefit of the building Qualifications & Skills Diploma holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services or related disciplines Minimum of 3 years' maintenance experience in Maintenance Engineering / Building Services Hands‑on experience on maintenance contracts administration and renovation/fitting‑out projects are preferable On-site experience is preferred, conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong Holder of related licence on electrical installations and other building services preferred Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Self‑motivated with good co‑ordination and interpersonal skills Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer Working location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies) We offer attractive remuneration and career development opportunity.
