Technical Officer / Assistant Technical Officer (Cantonese speaking) Supports Facilities Manager/Engineer to carry out the daily FM duties Responding to helpdesk requests (Meeting room set ups, Event Venue support, lighting, hot, cold, cleaning service, etc.) Technical related matters Inspect offices and plant rooms, and report any defects / abnormalities found Check plants, and regularly log equipment operations conditions Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical services Provide logistics support and minor maintenance works Emergency response in and out of hours upon receiving alarms or phone call Facilities Management related Escort and supervise subcontractors Observe, manage, and control Occupational Health and Safety Security management control to service providers’ staff and subcontractors’ staff Liaise with BMO for building operations and maintenance Maintain and manage stock level of consumable parts and spare parts Maintain and manage tools and instrumentation Other duties may be assigned Qualifications and Requirements Higher Diploma and above in Building Services Engineering or related fields. 3-4 years of relevant experience, experience with banking will be an advantage Holder of Registered Electrical worker of Grade A will be preferred Good team player and have proactive approach to work issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); Cantonese speaking is essential.
