Human Resources Manager / Assistant Manager - Fluent in English with PRC exp Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager / Assistant Manager to join their team Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Regional HR Experience: Has working exposure to PRC (Mainland China) HR operations and practices. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership : Perform and support all-round functions of HR and admin, proactively assisting in the execution and review of HR projects and procedures. Recruitment Expert : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in Hong Kong, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring top talent acquisition. Compliance Champion : Handle work permit/visa applications and maintain compliance with MPF, Employment Ordinance, and labor regulations in Hong Kong and China. Data Management : Maintain and update employee records and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with different departments on daily operations and administrative support, fostering a cohesive work environment. International HR Support : Provide support for PRC HR-related matters, particularly for international schools, leveraging your expertise across borders. Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines 5 years' experience in Human Resources functions With solid experience in HR Lite 2 and HSBC Net being advantageous. Well-versed in MPF, Employment Ordinance, and labor regulations in both Hong Kong and China. Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing for efficient documentation and reporting.
