Assistant Manager - Credit Control (Job Ref: ) What We Offer 5-day work week Group medical, group life, body check and dental insurance coverage 14 days annual leave Competitive pay and discretionary bonus Friendly working environment with dynamic and talented team members Smart and casual attire (Monday to Friday) Learning and development opportunities Convenient office located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station Responsibilities Conduct daily transaction monitoring & investigation for card issuing and acquiring portfolio Perform CDD/EDD & ongoing KYC reviews for cardholders and merchants Tune AML alert rules to reduce false positives and improve detection efficiency Support STR filing to JFIU and regular regulatory reporting Assist in merchant onboarding risk assessment and high‑risk transaction review Advise card product & operations teams on AML controls and new product launch Participate in policy updates, internal audits, and staff training Handle ad‑hoc tasks and urgent requests assigned by senior management Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related discipline 3 – 5 years AML/compliance experience in banking, fintech or payment company Hands‑on knowledge of card issuing OR card acquiring risks (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay/JCB) Solid understanding of HKMA AML guidelines & MLO CAMS certificate holder is preferred Strong Excel skills and basic Tableau (or similar BI tool) experience is preferred Experience with transaction monitoring systems is a plus Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) How to Apply Interested parties please send your application with our reference number and CV with current and expected salary and availability to apply.
