Operation Officer 1 year (renewable) contract Assist to maintain smooth operation of our store and live streaming business Responsible for the operation of data entry and stock management Prepare purchase report and inventory report Handle invoice checking and product information with vendor Provide administrative support to live streaming Regular site visit and assist in monitoring the performance of part‑time staff is required Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management Requirements: Can work in day, night shift including weekend and public holiday Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheet. Self‑motivated and able to work independently, can work under pressure and has strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude and willingness to learn. Immediate availability is preferred.
