Key Account Manager / Hong Kong Reputable Food Brand/ Business Expansion Our client is a renowned and rapidly expanding Hong Kong food brand with a growing international presence. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Key Account Manager to drive strategic expansion in HK. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned retail partner to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with key buyers at regional and national retail chains. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and other key decision-makers. Serve as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, ensuring a seamless and professional partnership. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle: from initial outreach and presentation to negotiation and closing. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product pitches that highlight our brand's unique value proposition, consumer trends, and profitability. Negotiate terms of agreements, including pricing, promotional plans, placement, and volume targets. Manage the item setup process with buyers and internal operations teams to ensure a successful on-shelf launch. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a FMCG Key Account Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of selling into major retail chains. Demonstrated ability to negotiate profitable deals and influence key decision-makers. A natural connector who excels at building trust and rapport at all levels. A self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven to achieve and exceed goals. Cantonese and English speaking is essential.
