Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Developer to spearhead our new development team. This role will oversee both frontend and backend development for our system integration framework, Alice, focusing on creating an elegant, secure, and efficient environment for media operations. Key Responsibilities Full‑Stack Application Development Develop and maintain frontend user interfaces for the Alice.IQ platform, overseeing the creation of intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces. Develop and maintain backend services that are part of the Alice.IQ platform, managing backend integrations to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability. Maintain and oversee the Alice.IQ codebase; implement testing protocols to ensure product integrity and alignment with business goals. Technical Leadership Architect & design high‑quality, scalable, and robust software for both frontend and backend. Ensure elegant integration of AI services and other systems into our cloud platform. Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect data and operations. Innovation and Improvement Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually evolve our platform. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development processes. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders. Report on project status, issues, and solutions to senior management and clients. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development. 2+ years on AWS projects. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hazelcast). Strong proficiency in React frontend development using TypeScript (React, TypeScript, Vite). Extensive experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress). Proven track record of delivering high‑quality code through effective testing practices. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Familiarity with datastore technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Vault). Experience with using AI services to solve problems and manipulate data (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek). Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) solutions (e.g., Flowable, Okta). Knowledge of microservices, event‑based, highly available architecture. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the testing and quality of your code. Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in developing projects in cloud‑based environments. Strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to think critically under pressure. Charismatic team leader. Communication: Excellent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Candidates must be capable of articulating complex technical information clearly and persuasively with colleagues across the globe. Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage.
