We are looking for an energetic and proactive Full-Stack Developer to help develop and maintain our digital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing everything from front-end user interfaces to back-end infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on WordPress, integrations, and modern development best practices. Knowledge, Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a proven portfolio of launched projects; WordPress Expertise: Deep experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development . The candidate must be able to build custom solutions from scratch, not merely configure existing themes. Knowledge of performance optimization and security hardening for WordPress is required; Back-End & Database Proficiency: Strong skills in server-side development using .NET (C#), PHP, and/or Node.js . Must have experience in designing, querying, and managing SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL); API & Third-Party Integrations: A proven track record of securely integrating third-party services , including: - Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) with a clear understanding of PCI-DSS compliance . - RESTful APIs and WebSocket for real-time data flow and connecting to CRMs, marketing tools, and other business systems. Cloud & DevOps Fundamentals: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud) for deploying, hosting, and managing applications. AI-Enhanced Development: Practical experience using AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve efficiency, assist in debugging, and write robust code; Soft Skills & Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, and client IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. A passion for writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code is a must. You are Great Fit If Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field; Demonstrating working knowledge of web programming languages as proof of your versatility and experience as a web / app developer, and examples of website / app created or projects contributed to; Strong understanding of web / app design, responsive design and development principles; Capability to collaborate with the PMs, designers, and client IT teams to identify solutions for addressing diverse client’s needs; Portfolio showcasing projects that integrate AI tools in the development process; Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible, able to work in a team.
