Job Summary We are seeking multiple talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and React to join our application team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting the mission‑critical administrative systems. You will focus on applications that manage research projects, facilities, and related regulatory and training programs, making a direct impact on our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the development team in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems. Communicate directly with business users to conduct requirement gathering and perform thorough business needs analysis. Partner with UI designers to develop modern, responsive, and user‑friendly frontend web applications. Develop and manage microservice containers to call backend functions and interact with data sources efficiently. Create, update, and maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or their delegates. Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in a full‑stack development role. Solid experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as React.js , along with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, Typescript, and Tailwind CSS . Solid experience in backend development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Express.js . Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs . Strong experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle PL/SQL . Good concept and hands‑on experience in the full system development life cycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Experience with version control systems, specifically GitLab . Added Advantage: Knowledge of or experience in using AI for system development will be considered a significant plus.
