If you are looking for exciting challenges, join us for the promotion of the art and culture of films through two leading annual film events in Asia: The Hong Kong International Film Festival and The Hong Kong - Asia Film Financing Forum, and the year-round Cine Fan Programme. Responsibilities Liaise with film distributors to collect film-related publicity materials and film information; Manage film and materials databases; Organize the shipment of film prints between distributors and HKIFF, and handle all procedural arrangements including customs clearance and liaisons with freight carriers; Manage screening prints and work closely with technical team to ensure they are up to screening standard; Organize logistics for local film delivery to screening venues, and liaise with service providers; Assist in preparing and proofreading film subtitles when needed; Assist in the coordination and setup of book sales during festival period; Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management. Requirements University graduate or equivalent; At least 2 years' working experience; Good communication skills; Ability to work independently and proactively; Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage; Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Access); and Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
