Administrative & Accounting Officer (Central Kitchen)

Overview Source and negotiate with suppliers for food and kitchen-related items. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment. Accounting & Finance Support Handle basic Accounts Payable (AP): verify invoices, process payments. Manage simple Accounts Receivable (AR): collect funds, issue receipts, follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in preparing monthly AR/AP reports and reconcile transactions. Administrative Duties Manage attendance records for part-time staff. Support ticketing and fund collection for internal events or meal programs. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audits. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify opportunities for workflow automation and digital transformation. Assist in implementing food safety protocols and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Requirements Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement and basic accounting. Familiarity with AP/AR processes and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
