Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56328-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 04 Dec 2025 Contract Period 02 Jan 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To provide technical support to Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) in (i) implementing IT projects, (ii) monitoring IT security processes, (iii) supporting network, Lotus Notes email system, Departmental Portal, Web content management system, Website Hosting and Maintenance and IT systems, and (iv) to provide technical advice and support to users Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; Act as IT security officer to implement security measures, monitor and report on IT security processes and respond to security incidents Support CCIDA IT projects implementation, for example project related to Government Office Automation Support the maintenance of CCIDA IT Systems Monitor the performance of IT contractors and ensure project activities are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and deliverables are in accordance with project specifications Provide technical support and departmental IT support to users Assist in identifying the needs and preparing specifications documents on IT products and services Provide 24/7 standby and emergency support on network and systems Perform any other duties which may be assigned for the provision of IT services to CCIDA Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The following requirements are essential: Solid experience in implementation, maintenance and support of website and WCMS, in particular, solid hands‑on experience in setup and maintenance of WCMS Solid experience in maintenance and support of Departmental Portal Solid experience in supporting network infrastructure such as switches, routers, security appliances and network management tools Solid experience in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Lotus Notes mail system, file server system, etc Solid experience in IT security such as security risk assessment and audit, and Confidential Mail System handling of IT security vulnerabilities related to Website. Possess at least one valid qualification / certificate related to IT security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CC (Certified in Cybersecurity) is required.
