Responsibilities Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO Provide technical advice on Wi‑Fi products and technologies Support contract administration and monitor contractor's performance on implementation and operation of Wi‑Fi service at Government venues Coordinate and perform Wi‑Fi service check and acceptance check at government venues (outdoor work required) Assist to update and maintain the content for the Wi‑Fi.HK website Update hotspot diagrams for Government Wi‑Fi venues Provide technical and general support to the programme office of the public Wi‑Fi service including analysis of Wi‑Fi service problem and research on Wi‑Fi related technology and security issues Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Experience in using graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator is preferable Good knowledge on wireless and Internet technologies Good command of both Chinese and English Good writing, communication and organisational skills At least 3 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) At least 3 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT) 3 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED) is an advantage 1 year's experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI) is an advantage At least 1.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity Last Update 03 Dec 2025 Apply To Direct Line #J-18808-Ljbffr
