Job Title / Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56685-1) Job Details Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 15 Dec 2025 Contract Period 20 Jan 2026 to 27 Feb 2026 (1 month) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To serve the DPO for supporting the National Games Coordination Office (Hong Kong) for the IT system and application development, maintenance and support for the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games ("the Games") Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; Assist in post-event project closure activities of the Games Assist in maintenance support for the websites and applications for the Games Support the necessary program source and data retention, and secure handover or decommission of IT systems and equipment implemented for the Games Assist in project progress monitoring, user coordination, requirement gathering, management of contractor performance, project progress review, quality assurance and acceptance of project deliverables and knowledge management Ensure project activities to be in compliance with numerous IT policies and guidelines Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support Undertake other IT-related duties assigned by supervisor Years of Experience Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Possess at least 1 year's experience in IT application development and management Possess at least 1 year's experience in web application development; Possess at least 1 year's experience in web programming; Possess at least 1 year's experience in maintenance and support of public-facing website and mobile application; Sound experience in Mini Programs, Infrastructure as a Service ("IaaS") and Application Programming Interface ("APIs") is highly preferred; Experience in App deployment to Alipay and WeChat is highly preferred; Sound understanding of the Government's IT security requirements is preferred; Experience in managing government projects will be an advantage; Good command in spoken and written English is required Good command in spoken Putonghua will be an advantage Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
