Responsibilities Report to Department Head of NBFI and lead a team to manage a mixed portfolio of Non-Bank FI (NBFI) customers and grow NBFI’s loans and deposits Solicit new business from NBFI customers and deepen the relationship with existing NBFI customers for exploring business opportunities Structure credit facilities/ banking services to meet with customers’ requirements, negotiate acceptable terms and conditions of facilities with customers to meet Department’s target Cross sell banking products including FX, transactions banking, bonds trading, etc. Work closely with other products departments to facilitate cross selling business for maximizing the Bank’s profit Review credit proposal prepared by team members, coach and supervise team members on compliance issues Obtain market information in specific NBFI segments, like securities, investment banks, insurance companies, leasing companies, asset management & fund houses, etc. regarding the latest market practice, industry development and share the market information for enhancing internal products/ services Requirements University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines Minimum 10 years of solid experience in corporate banking / financial institutions sector with NBFI focus Professional certification, such as ECF – CRM would be an advantage Candidate with experience in managing USD fund business including dual-currency PE/VC relationships and providing cross-border solutions is preferable Sound knowledge of credit and business strategy for NBFI customers Good analytical skills, report writings, and communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and customer oriented Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage More experienced candidate will be considered for other senior openings We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
