Centre Manager - up to 25K - new sports academy This is a brand new role for someone who is interested in Sports and is looking for career development My client is setting up a new sports academy in HK and they are looking for some talented individuals with background in administration, marketing, social media, to get the centre up and running in the new year. This is an exciting project and they must have around 2-3 years experience, those that come from a sporting background themselves will have an advantage to understand the concept Description As a Centre Manager - your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring seamless processes within the department. Handling enquiries from potential students and class scheduling Managing both coaches and student rosters Handling invoices and ensuring payments are logged into the system Managing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation. Opening and closing of the centre and liaising with the tenancy / management services for any issues Launching and maintaining the social media page of the centre Identifying opportunities to rent out centre space for corporate events Profile A successful Manager (Admin) should have: Higher education in business administration or relevant studies Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Experience in the Media & Agency industry / sports background or related field is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges. Strong language skills- English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
