Job Description We are seeking a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented analyst to join our valuation team. As an Assistant Analyst / Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced professionals in conducting comprehensive business valuations for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable exposure and knowledge in the field of business valuation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical individual looking to develop a career in the financial services industry. Responsibilities Perform market research on various industries Analyze financial statements, business information and transaction details Prepare valuation models and reports for transaction and financial reporting Valuation for business, private equity investments, financial instruments etc. Collaborate with professional parties and facilitate IPO, M&A and financial reporting Requirements University graduates, Degree holder in Economics/Finance, Accounting, Surveying or related disciplines preferred Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA or etc. would be an advantage Strong research, financial modelling and analytical skills Strong Excel knowledge and report‑writing skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self‑driven with can‑do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines Fresh graduates are welcome Candidates with more experience will be considered as Analyst About BonVision BonVision International Appraisals Limited is a professional advisory firm which provides valuation and consultancy services for clients for accounting / M&A / IPO / financing purposes.
