Overview Assistant Finance Manager/Financial Analyst – Asia Responsibilities Responsible for all matters pertaining to the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for the business unit, consolidate financial result and forecast Conduct costing and profitability analysis and perform variance analysis to enhance business performance. Work with Senior Management to conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide strategic input Monitor departmental costs, handle costing analysis and perform variance analysis to improve performance Complete monthly analysis reports and review business unit and company performance Manage and implement system-related solutions Regularly review and closely monitor financial performance of all subsidiaries for continuous improvement and operational excellence Perform monthly financial simulation, quarterly forecast and annual budget setting, as well as analytical reports and ad hoc tasks Business partnering with all departments to identify opportunities and risks Conduct compliance and internal control in financial matters. Provide leadership and management of sizable finance team in various locations Requirements Qualified Accountant/CPA/ACCA/HKICPA/Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent Minimum 5 years in manufacturing industry, Big 4 background is an advantage Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin) Knowledge in HK and mainland China, accounting practice and tax regulations in SEA is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good mathematical and analytical skills, honesty, integrity and reliability Managerial experiences & willingness for career development is a must Able to travel to China and Vietnam (~30%) Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager/Financial Analyst Immediate available will be an advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Strategy/Planning, Finance, and Analyst Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
