Assistant Business Analyst (1-year Contract) Join AXA Hong Kong and Macau as an Assistant Business Analyst on a 1‑year contract. This role involves supporting project tasks, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating testing activities to deliver system enhancements. Responsibilities Assist and participate in project tasks, gather requirements, understand business needs, and review functional specifications. Support system testing, coordinate, plan and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Implementation Verification Testing (IVT) for system enhancements. Prepare ad‑hoc analysis on business monitoring and user experience studies. Support production fixes: communicate with stakeholders, diagnose system behavior, and correct data issues. Qualifications University graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline. 1 year experience in insurance or banking industry, or experience in business requirement gathering, functional specification review, and user acceptance test execution is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Good analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Logical, numerically sensitive, and detail‑oriented. Team player with strong communication skills. Proficient with AS400, Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), SQL, Python, and VBA (advantage). Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Business Analyst role.
