Performance Specialist | Digital | Media Agency (Fresh Graduate Welcome) As a member of our award-winning media agency team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop in-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in social advertising, programmatic display, and other related fields. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective media plans and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns to help our clients achieve their business marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with a team to provide client servicing and project management support. This position will also afford you the opportunity to stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in the dynamic world of digital advertising. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and develop your skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective media plans and strategies for clients. Handle the backend operation of platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager, including campaign setup and optimization. Generate regular performance reports and analyze data to extract insights and provide recommendations for clients. Assist the team in developing the strategic marketing plans to achieve clients’ media objectives. Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and to maintain strong relationships with clients. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Holder. Passionate about digital marketing or online media advertising, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Good level of numerical competency and attention to detail. Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Work experience in digital or media agency industry is a plus. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role within the team.
