Project Leader - Stationed in Dongguan/Mexico We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Leader to oversee and drive key manufacturing projects within our metal production facility. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful execution of projects related to fabrication, process improvement, and quality ensure. Possibility of long‑term business trips to Mexico and Dongguan. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project management for metal fabrication, production upgrades, or process optimization. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to align expectations and resolve issues. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management. Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Requirements At least 5 years in project management within a manufacturing or metalworking environment. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (e.g., welding, CNC machining, sheet metal work). Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ERP systems). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office. Confident and good decision‑making ability with attention to detail. Speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
