Contribute to key projects, reports, and presentations to management and various teams, making a real impact on success. Project Management: Drive project requirements, set priorities, and manage deadlines to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Use organizational skills to keep projects on track and achieve objectives. Extensive experience in business development and/or the financial industry, with a supervisory role focusing on process improvement and project management. Strategic insight – Proven ability to identify business opportunities through a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and financial reports. Analytical expertise – Skilled in market analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable commercial insights, and present findings effectively to senior management. Technical proficiency – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; knowledge of data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus.
