Client Description Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description Responsibilities Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database Analyze marketing and sales data Develop and maintain local datamart for reporting and marketing campaign Develop dashboard on data visualization application Assistant Marketing Manager (SME Retention team) Responsibilities Monitor market trend and customer experience Design and implement customer loyalty programs utilizing both online and sales channels Review business and sales performance on daily basis As product anchor, penetrate services in target segments As market segment anchor, collaborate with internal channels and drive for business performance improvement independently Assistant Marketing Manager (Channel Marketing - Mobile Business) Responsibilities Drive business growth in Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segments Devise strategy for customer acquisition and churn management Manage sales channels and touchpoints to drive business performance Design customer journey for increasing customer loyalty Design, plan and execute omni-channel marketing programs Conduct data analysis on customer profile for segmentation marketing Support team operations & handle ad hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements Requirements Degree in Information System or equivalent Strong analytical skills Strong data processing and ETL skills 5 years of experience with reporting and data analysis Working experience with SQL Server Team player Great interpersonal and communication skills Assistant Marketing Manager (SME Retention team) Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline 5 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications / ICT industry Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details Possess good data analytical skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines Proficient in MS office applications Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Assistant Marketing Manager (Channel Marketing - Mobile Business) Requirements Degree holder with 5 years’ or above working experience in sales & marketing Experience in ICT, Banking or Insurance is preferable Strong interest in technology and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic environment Strong sense of figures and ownership to drive sales result Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks Proficiency in MS Office applications in particular PowerPoint and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
