Finance Manager | MNC | New Headcount | 55k This is a new headcount created to set up and own the entire accounting process and system within the organization. You will operate as a one-man band, bringing your expertise to drive accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements from day one. Key Responsibilities Establish, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end accounting processes and controls Set up and manage the accounting system suited to the company's operational requirements Perform full spectrum accounting duties including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closing Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and external audits Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies Independently handle financial reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting activities Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, and finance teams of other regions Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize financial operations Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred Minimum 5-7 years of solid accounting and finance experience, preferably within an MNC environment Proven track record of setting up accounting processes and systems from scratch Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP) and tax regulations High level of independence and ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset Excellent communication skills in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
