(Senior) Finance Officer (new headcount) We are looking for a skillful (Senior) Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the chance to become a “Digitalized Professional Accountant” while engaging in innovative TECHFIN projects and adopting cutting‑edge business intelligence tools. As HKTVmall continues to expand its footprint in Hong Kong’s digital retail space, we are launching several new business initiatives: Everuts, a cross‑border lifestyle and wellness shopping platform; Wet Market Express, a fast‑growing service delivering fresh market goods to local households; the CASHBACK program, which rewards users with Mall Dollar rebates through partnered merchant purchases; Shipped from Mainland (affordable cross‑border product sourcing) and life science projects. Impactful Responsibilities: Contribute directly to the financial success of new ventures by supporting business planning, reporting, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Assist in financial operations and reporting for the new business unit. Prepare and review quotations, invoices, billing statements, and other financial documents related to new initiatives. Document procedures and contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial alignment with operational goals. Support ad‑hoc assignments and assist senior team members in strategic finance projects. Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred, though candidates with less experience may be considered for Finance Officer positions based on potential and skills. Big 4 experience is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other BI tools is advantageous. Attributes: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills. Professional Membership: Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or hold an equivalent professional accounting designation. Additional: Candidates with less experience will be considered in the Finance Officer role.
