Our client is looking for an experienced Senior / Finance Manager to join their team in PRC and play a crucial role in driving financial excellence within the organization. Station in Guangdong Province is a MUST. This position will focus on managing financial operations and ensuring compliance across our subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China, and beyond. Responsibilities Oversee the timely preparation of comprehensive monthly financial and management reports. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Develop and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses. Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, China, and other regions. Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate these to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with regional teams, external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Manage taxation matters to optimize tax efficiency. Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies. Identify opportunities for streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Qualified Accountant (HKICPA / HKSA / ACCA or equivalent). At least 10 years of working experience in which 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role, ideally within property management, real estate leasing, or financial investment. Strong understanding of HK and PRC tax regulations; experience in international finance is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex financial problems and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
