Senior Investment Officer (Property Development) Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for various property types across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and overseas. Support valuation exercises, due diligence processes, and compliance reviews. Monitor portfolio performance, particularly in Mainland China; track market trends and maintain transaction databases. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on acquisitions, development strategies, and regulatory compliance. Prepare insightful reports on market dynamics, zoning policies, and portfolio benchmarks. Assist in executing sales, marketing, and asset management plans for projects in Mainland China, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, or related field. MRICS or CFA professional qualification will be an advantage. 3+ years of experience in property valuation/investment analysis; Mainland China market exposure preferred. Strong financial modeling (Excel) and valuation skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
