Job Responsibilities: Call customer database to generate sales leads Retain customers and grow business opportunities Make outbound calls to find key contacts Follow up with event participants via calls Share product and promotion updates with customers Enter and manage customer data accurately Support clerical tasks and ad-hoc assignments Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, or customer service; prior call centre experience is a strong advantage Pleasant personality with strong selling, promotional, and communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Proficient in basic computer operations and applications Offer Hourly Rate plus Incentive Working Schedule Flexible and Negotiable Post Availability We offer great opportunities and 5 working days for career advancement to the right candidates.
