Job Summary Supervise the performance of At Your Service Agents assigned to each shift, especially on telephone manner, technique and accuracy (supervisor only). Constantly check and update the information, messages written on the wyte-board. Ensure the information of VIP guests is properly noted so as to provide stipulated service. Be fully aware of all Hotel emergency handling procedures, such as typhoon hoisted, electricity termination, fire occurrence, PABX system breakdown etc. Ensure the records and procedures are properly written and completed by At Your Service Agents. Requirements Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies. Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure. Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
