This is a high-impact, highly strategic role reporting directly to the Executive Leadership team. You will be responsible for defining and driving product integrity, ensuring operational excellence, and protecting the brand across our entire global manufacturing supply chain. This involves managing and unifying dispersed QA/QC teams, aligning field operations with Global Headquarters' production strategy, and acting as the final guarantor of product standards. Global Program Ownership: Accountable for the overall success and management of the global QA/QC framework, ensuring tight alignment with global strategy and Production teams. Talent Strategy & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing QA/QC teams and their leaders across key global sourcing regions. Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to defined operational processes (e.g., the established multi-step quality compliance process), reporting protocols, and communication requirements. Strategic Reporting: Define and report on a set of defined KPIs to executive management, providing transparent, data-driven insights into overall program performance and activity. Business Growth: Conduct financial, strategic, and organizational analyses to drive efficiency and support potential M&A projects related to expanding quality services. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with local agents, vendors, factories, and internal executive teams, always representing and protecting the organization's interests. What You Bring: The Essential Profile This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery, executive presence, and field experience in the Softlines industry. Required Experience and Skills: 10+ Years of Softlines Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of Apparel, Softline, or Footwear products for a large regional or multinational brand/retailer, or a key vendor. QA/QC Leadership: At least 10 years of experience managing similar-sized QA/QC operations or businesses, specifically with a focus on Asia, APAC, or comparable regional networks. Supply Chain Mastery: Proven track record managing supply chain quality assurance for a major retailer or brand, leveraging expertise in Quality Assurance, Lean Management, and Quality Control systems. Remote Team Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate a large, multi-country, remote workforce in a regional network. Strategic Acumen: Proven capability to perform strategic analysis and drive business growth through technical and operational excellence. Communication: High proficiency and fluency in written and spoken English, coupled with strong presentation and public speaking skills. Mindset: A results-driven, self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker committed to protecting brand integrity and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel internationally to accomplish the duties of the position, including overnight stays. Travel is approximately or less than 30% annually.
