Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary: We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who’s passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for validating the performance, functionality, and reliability of our software products through thorough testing, proactive defect management, and continuous process improvement. You will play a key role in shaping our testing strategy and ensuring quality standards are met across both web and mobile platforms. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for software products. Design and implement holistic test strategies, detailed test plans, and test cases tailored to software requirements. Lead the execution of manual and automated test processes, covering functional, regression, and performance testing. Detect, report, and monitor software bugs, working closely with developers to drive resolution. Build, maintain, and enhance automated testing scripts and frameworks to support scalable QA operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, product management, and UX—to clarify requirements and resolve issues early. Establish and refine QA procedures, methodologies, and best practices to align with industry standards. Interpret and analyze testing outputs to offer actionable recommendations for improving software quality. Deliver clear and concise reports on test progress, quality metrics, and critical issues to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance or a related discipline. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and scripting for automated test cases. Familiarity with Agile software development practices and CI/CD environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Proactive in identifying potential risks and contributing to process improvements. Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Preferred Experience: Web application architecture and development workflows. Working with RESTful APIs and microservices. Handling structured data formats like JSON and XML. Understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
