You’ll oversee product quality through testing (QC) and play an active role in developing and maintaining the systems and processes that ensure consistent excellence throughout the entire production cycle (QA). What you’ll be doing: Key Responsibilities Compliance Coordination: Lead compliance and regulatory testing initiatives by identifying and applying relevant test standards across a diverse range of consumer products. Laboratory Liaison: Collaborate with third‑party testing laboratories (e.g., UL, Intertek, SGS, BV, TUV) to ensure complete and accurate product testing, certification, documentation and testing schedule. Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including quality control (QC) records and checklists, to support both internal reviews and external audits. Factory Audits: Plan, organize, and conduct factory audits to verify adherence to international regulations and specific customer requirements. Sample Management: Oversee the handling and documentation of reference and golden samples, ensuring traceability and consistency. Inspections: Arrange inspection, review reports, release go‑signal to Logistic Department. Quality Control Oversight: Supervise on‑site inspections and standardized QC evaluations to maintain high product quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in quality roles within small, cross‑functional teams of engineers, designers, and project managers — ideally in the consumer products sector. Compliance Knowledge: Proven expertise in global consumer product compliance, including safety standards, electrical and chemical regulations, packaging requirements, and social compliance. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality control principles in both product development and production processes. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and partners. Engineering Background: Preferably with a specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering to support product development and quality initiatives. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., to Shenzhen, China) as part of the role. 5‑Days Week Friendly Working Environment Occasionally work from home Bank Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
