Our client is a reputable international Toys company. They are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to lead their business across Greater China, Japan, and South Korea . This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand presence, and managing distributor partnerships across the region. Responsibilities Lead and manage distributor relationships across Greater China, Japan, and South Korea. Set and negotiate annual sales targets, pricing, and marketing plans. Drive regional sales growth through effective market development and retail expansion. Identify new business opportunities in key retail and e-commerce channels. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong local campaign execution and brand consistency. Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support business decisions. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 5–7 years’ experience in sales, including 3+ years managing distributors in Greater China. Background in Toys and Distrubtors management in Greater China and/OR APAC region is a MUST. Strong knowledge of regional retail and e-commerce markets. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese an advantage. Willing to travel frequently within the region.
