Responsibilities Front Desk Operations: Deliver quality customer service following company policies and SOPs. Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly. Identify potential customer needs and provide appropriate support. Workflow Improvement: Identify and report issues to enhance processes and service delivery. Exam Support: Manage exam logistics, invigilation, and related administrative duties. General Administrative Support: Prepare reports, manage inventory, maintain and update customer information in the database, and support other operational activities. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience. Other Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping people and UK Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the field of education. Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills. Resilient, detail‑minded, vigilant, self‑motivated, hard‑working, able to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and sound PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. This is a dynamic position that requires a highly organised and proactive individual who is passionate about helping students and families.
