They specialize in providing smart, simple, and efficient global delivery solutions for businesses worldwide, connecting three continents with operations in 12 countries. About the job You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (e.g., email, phone). Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering effective solutions to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in providing service and product training to customers when required. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure service excellence. Support the customer service team with other administrative and service‑related duties as assigned. Skills & experiences required Post‑secondary degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; preference will be given to candidates from the e‑commerce or logistics industry. A strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (fluency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage). Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email) and confidence in learning and using different IT systems. A pro‑active, "can‑do" attitude and a collaborative team player.
