Responsibilities Support the Senior Manager to drive the development of new first aid & health training services related to the strategic direction, guidelines and implementation plan for enhancing the services and operation effectiveness. Lead and coach the team to provide first aid & health training and quality assurance services in line with the Training Centre strategic development plan. Explore and identify new resources to support the programmes and activities of first aid training services and conduct standard control. Engage and mobilise team members and volunteers to provide quality service, as well as collaborate with other teams and service units in running projects to achieve the aligned goals. Monitor and analyse the progress of implementation plan and projects to assure continuous service quality improvement. Establish network and maintain relationship with external stakeholders, such as community partners, schools, government departments and NGOs for collaboration and support in first aid & health training services. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree holder in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered. Sound medical professional or paramedic with related supervisory experience is an advantage. Sound leadership, people management and coordination skills, with project management and problem‑solving experience. Good communication skills with local authorities, stakeholders and community partners. Good analytical, coordination and interpersonal skills, mature and able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
