Assistant Education Manager – Benefit Cosmetics Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Education Manager, the Assistant Education Manager supports the design and implementation of local training programs, assists in the adaptation of corporate strategies, and contributes to the development of yearly training plans. This role is pivotal in employee engagement through effective training initiatives, budget management, and collaboration with commercial teams. Job Responsibilities Assist in the design and implementation of local training programs. Support the adaptation of corporate training strategies to local needs. Contribute to the development of yearly strategic training plans. Assist in the translation and updating of training programs and tools. Support the production of training materials for in-house and field training. Assist in the delivery of induction and training programs. Drive brand values and philosophy through all education and development activities. Support the management and tracking of the training department budget. Help implement individual curriculum programs for staff development. Liaise with commercial teams for retailer staff training under supervision. Monitor training efficiency and track performance with guidance and KPI reporting. Help build and maintain partnerships with retailer training teams. Assist in new store openings with training support. Educate and coach the frontline team on product knowledge and sales service. Support digital content strategy for social media platforms. Create, shoot, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Host live demonstrations and Q&A sessions on social media. Collaborate with PR & Communications team for editorial features. Maintain comprehensive assets on all education and content materials. Coordinate events, media interviews, and brand representation activities. Support large-scale core product training seminars. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in planning and conducting training programs within retail, beauty, luxury, or service industry. Detail oriented, multi‑task capable, and able to manage schedule and budget. Strong team player with interpersonal and motivational skills. Proven leadership, flexibility, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment. Strong storytelling and communication skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and content creation. Passionate about beauty industry and social media.
