Overall Accountability: This is a fixed‑term role focused on maintaining continuity of HR technology services during the enterprise ERP implementation. The role owns Asia HRMS management and governs the Power Automate and Power BI estate to deliver reliable, compliant HR services and actionable insights across the region. Responsibilities Oversee HRMS operations, review change requests and priorities. Manage the full cycle of system changes and enhancements, including planning, implementation, testing, change management and support. Govern access/roles, audit readiness, data retention, and cross‑country compliance. Manage vendor on SLAs, escalations and risk remediation. Supervise the team on daily administration and service. Power Automate Own the workflow portfolio and standards (naming, error handling, logging, security). Design/build new flows or enhancements and sustain existing HR flows (enquiries, change requests, incidents). Power BI dashboard Own Asia HR dashboard: refresh cadence, data validation, and publication. Manage user access of the dashboard. Partner with HR leadership on usability and improvements. Qualification and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or any related disciplines. 5+ years relevant experience in HR or IT. Hands on with Microsoft Power Automate; working proficiency with Power BI. Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders from different Asia countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability. Service mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality support and solutions. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and achieve results in a timely manner. Self‑motivated, logical, fast learner and a good sense of confidentiality. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Chinese (both spoken and written), with the ability to interpret technical terms, system UI, and local regulations presented in Chinese, and to communicate effectively across the region.
