Lead, manage and deliver a complex and cross module migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, covering core finance and logistics modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, WM), Concur, DRC, BTP and Build Apps. Own the whole project lifecycle including planning, execution, vendor management, stakeholder communication, change management, governance, cutover, and hypercare. Ensure the solution aligns with company policies, corporate governance and business requirements. Responsibilities Act as a key liaison between internal business users, IT project teams, and external vendors/consultants, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Report to Head of IT for all project activities and progress tracking. Support project implementations across multiple SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, and SAP Concur. Design and manage interfaces across third‑party systems via SAP BTP and Integration Suite. Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and testing activities. Facilitate workshops, meetings, training sessions, and prepare meeting minutes/presentation materials as required. Handle general project administration, documentation management and follow‑up actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing SAP ERP implementation or migration projects, especially SAP S/4 HANA projects. At least 1‑2 full‑cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience required; public cloud implementation experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge and experience on SAP Activate methodology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Excellent communication skills with ability to interface effectively between users and vendors. Possession of SAP Consultant Certification(s) will be an advantage. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) required. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under a project‑driven environment. What we offer Dynamic involvement in an ERP digital transformation project.
