Project Manager / Project Lead (ERP Projects) We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead ERP and finance system implementation. This role will bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving digital transformation across departments and playing a key driving role in leading ERP project initiatives to successful completion. Job responsibility: Take ownership of ERP project delivery, proactively managing timelines, resources, and key milestones to ensure projects remain on track and meet business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP system implementation. Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows. Support the design, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency. Coordinate data migration and system integration activities, working effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Provide user training and ongoing post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and usage. Continuously evaluate system performance and business processes to identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or other related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and ERP projects. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in the construction industry and knowledge of RPA & AI is a plus. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
