Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Hong Kong Office, responsible for managing and delivering digital projects across web, mobile and related projects. This role requires strong project leadership, client management skills, and a solid understanding of digital ecosystems. The Project Manager will drive projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, client satisfaction, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Leadership: Lead and oversee end-to-end digital projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time within scope and budget. Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the main contact point for clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective expectation management. Team & Stakeholder Management: Build and manage cross-functional project teams with clear roles and responsibilities. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, development, data, CRM and external partners. Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership. Budget & Resource Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and project profitability. Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects. Oversee the implementations and integration of digital platforms, ensuring scalability and user experience excellence. Lead projects that deliver connected solutions across content, data, mobile and customer engagement channels. Support cross-platform integrations initiatives and process optimization. Quality & Governance: Establish and implement governance processes to ensure projects meet compliance, security, and quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in Project Management or Account Management, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment. Proven track record managing sizable web or mobile projects for leading clients. Experience handling regional/global accounts is a strong advantage. University degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines. PMP/Prince2/Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Hands-on experience with CMS and other enterprise digital platforms. Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including CRM, data analytics, cloud-based platforms. Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus). Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
