Project Manager (ERP Migration SAP to D365) Join to apply for the Project Manager (ERP Migration SAP to D365) role at TOPPAN Edge (Hong Kong) Limited Responsibilities Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end ERP migration project, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, data conversion and post-go-live support. Stakeholder Management: Engage with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and manage expectations. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with Microsoft partner and system integrator to ensure smooth transition and integration. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. Budget & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring alignment with approved plans. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption and training. Data Migration Oversight: Ensure accurate and secure migration of data from SAP to D365, including validation and reconciliation. Compliance & Governance: Ensure the project adheres to internal policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management, with hands‑on experience in SAP and Microsoft D365. Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, Production, HR). Proven track record in managing complex system migrations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
