A rapidly growing China-based bank in Hong Kong is seeking a high-caliber IT Manager, Incident and Change Management: Key Responsibilities Lead the daily IT operations problem / change review meeting and drive follow-up actions. Track and monitor change implementation progress, ensuring timely completion and proper closure of outstanding items. Review and approve change requests, and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required. Prepare regular management reports and ensure change-related policies and procedures are kept up to date, including organizing annual user training. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT incidents and problems, from logging and investigation to closure, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Chair monthly incident/problem review meetings with IT Operations, Development, Governance and other stakeholders to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Maintain and continuously update incident and problem management policies, procedures, and related documentation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT service management; with solid working experience in banking or financial services sector is a MUST Familiarity with project management practices and ITIL frameworks is preferred. Solid technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, databases, systems, and networks. Detail-minded, well‑organized, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a high level of integrity. Proactive, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
