Job Summary The role will support the Project Manager and Project Lead on key deliverables of the Programme Real Estate Workstream, uplifting capabilities and processes to support resolution and restructuring planning. The programme has significant regulatory oversight and is critical to deliver ahead of the next Group Resolvability Assessment cycle, being tracked closely by the Group Management Team and the Board Risk Committee. Responsibilities Manage delivery of Real Estate workstreams within the program, working closely with stakeholders. Manage tasks and projects using the Group’s methodology, delivering scope with disciplined change control and agreed timelines. Support assigned deliveries within the program with stakeholders. Document scope, approach, timelines, and other key aspects of the workstream/program. Identify and raise material risks, issues, cost, benefit, scope changes so they can be reported to Governance Committees. Provide inputs and participate in relevant Governance Committees & Working Groups. Perform separability assessment and presumptive base case scenario assessment as per project plan. Develop, maintain, track and execute the testing plan for the Real Estate stream. Drive remediation work identified in the Phoenix assessment, ensuring timely delivery of process uplift. Coordinate and support CRES team in meeting solvent wind‑down planning requirements. Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations and alignment across multiple workstreams. Facilitate decision‑making by presenting options, recommendations, risks, outcomes and trade‑offs. Gather feedback, share lessons learned to embed best practices. Mitigate overall delivery risk for the Programme by collaborating with stakeholders. Support reporting, communications and engagement to meet regulatory expectations.Draft and develop restructuring playbook as part of programme delivery. Ensure uplifted capabilities transition to BAU processes with periodic renewal. Work with Business and Functional stakeholders to sustain robust processes and compliance. Demonstrate compliance with Bank’s programme management guidelines and standards. Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and resilience within the team. Model Group values and culture in the region. Lead change in mindset building client centricity, agility, accountability. Promote culture of openness, trust, risk awareness, ethical conduct. Self‑starter initiating and driving programmes and projects with minimal supervision. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. Ensure regulatory requirements and internal controls compliance. Track risks, issues, impediments across project and follow up to resolution. Prepare support materials for governance meetings. Review analysis and inputs for assessments to ensure quality. Escalate impediments and blockers to Programme management and Governance Forums. Support governance reporting as required. Embed highest standards of ethics, regulatory and business conduct. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of programme or project management experience. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
