Secure & Execute Collaborations: Leverage your existing network and tenacity to secure high‑caliber external guests for our AMAs, podcasts, and "Flow State" content series. You will manage the entire process from first contact to live‑stream. Be a "Trend‑Spotter": Act as our real‑time market intelligence. You will live and breathe the Web3 social landscape, identifying emerging narratives, hot topics, and competitor moves, and then skillfully leveraging these moments to inject OSL's voice into the conversation. Execute with Tenacity: Take high‑level strategic ideas and (in partnership with the team) "walk the talk." You will own the end‑to‑end execution of new social initiatives, from a single high‑impact post to a multi‑week content campaign, on a consistent, reliable basis. Craft Our Narrative: Possess a near‑native command of English to write compelling, nuanced, and "vibey" social copy that resonates with both skeptical TradFi professionals and sophisticated Web3 audiences. Be a Public‑Facing Voice (As‑Needed): Comfortably use your voice and expertise to represent OSL in public forums, including moderating AMAs, hosting podcasts, or appearing on social audio. Measure What Matters: Go beyond "likes." You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media KPIs that tie directly to our business goals (e.g., lead generation, VIP acquisition, share‑of‑voice).
