Pre-sales / Customer Solution Engineer

As part of the global CSE team you will support Sales Teams during technical and commercial discussions, understanding our customers' needs and recommending the appropriate technical solutions. Our client is an international provider of secure, hybrid connectivity and digital solutions, enabling businesses to operate efficiently in remote and challenging environments. They combine cutting‑edge technologies with global expertise to deliver reliable communication, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Description Collaborate with sales and business development teams to design and implement digital sales strategies for key accounts. Execute proof‑of‑concept projects to validate technology and demonstrate business value. Coordinate solution delivery internally across engineering, product teams, and externally with vendors when required. Provide market and customer insights to support product portfolio development. Prepare technical proposals, including solution architecture, design documentation, and customer presentations. Develop high‑level solution designs aligned with client needs and business objectives. Create tailored technical and commercial proposals covering cybersecurity, IT & Cloud, IoT, and managed services. Customize offerings to include system integration and resale services when necessary. Engage with third‑party partners to fulfill requirements not covered by existing solutions. Offer flexible support for urgent client needs outside standard working hours. Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Strong ability to analyze technical requirements and design comprehensive solutions. 2-3+ years of experience in presales or solution design, with solid knowledge of cybersecurity. Familiarity with connectivity, networking/SD‑WAN, IT/IIoT, and managed services. Skilled in proposal writing, solution architecture, and delivering presentations to stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally with a valid passport. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused and sales‑driven mindset. Strong organizational abilities and comfort working with large enterprises and multiple decision‑makers. Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating across diverse teams and time zones. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from HKD to HKD + annually.
