MEGAZONE CLOUD is seeking a commercially‑driven and customer‑obsessed AI Pre‑Sales Solutions Architect to be the technical engine of our sales team. With a deep expertise in AI/Data, you will be pivotal in securing technical wins and driving the adoption of advanced cloud solutions, particularly those centered on Generative AI and advanced analytics. You will partner directly with the business development team to translate complex customer challenges into tangible, revenue‑generating opportunities. What You Will Be Doing AI‑Focused Technical Sales Leadership: Drive the technical sales cycle from discovery and qualification to solution design and deal closure. Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and business goals, strategically positioning Megazone Cloud’s value proposition with a focus on our AI/ML and data analytics offerings. Solution & Commercial Design: Architect and present compelling, commercially viable solutions focusing on AI/ML pipelines, data analytics, and robust security. Responsible for creating technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer requirements and business outcomes. Value‑Driven Demonstrations: Develop and deliver impactful Proofs‑of‑Concept (POCs) and demonstrations that directly address customer pain points and showcase clear business value—particularly for Generative AI use cases and MLOps workflows. Strategic Customer Influence: Establish and nurture strong relationships with technical stakeholders, from engineers to C‑level executives, becoming their trusted advisor on cloud strategy and technology roadmaps to influence their buying decisions. AI & Data Evangelism: Act as the subject matter expert on modern data platforms, including data lakes, MLOps, Generative AI applications, and Large Language Model (LLM) implementation. Clearly articulate the ROI and competitive advantages of our AI/Data solutions. Sales Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical workshops for customers and contribute to internal sales enablement efforts. Create reusable assets and documentation to scale our technical pre‑sales capabilities and ensure clear communication throughout the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Essential AI Pre‑Sales Experience: 3+ years in a dedicated pre‑sales role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer) with a proven track record of architecting and selling complex AI/ML or data‑centric solutions. Deep AI/ML Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable experience and strong technical proficiency in two or more of the following areas is mandatory: MLOps, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Generative AI (including LLMs), data science platforms. Commercial Acumen: Strong business skills with the ability to build and present compelling business cases, articulating the ROI for technical solutions. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding presentation and whiteboarding skills, simplify complex technical concepts for both executive and technical audiences. Proactive & Resilient Mindset: Growth‑oriented mind‑set with excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced sales environment. Language: Business fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential. Ways to Stand Out From The Crowd Cloud Proficiency: Deep expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), specifically using their core AI/Data services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI). Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks: Familiarity with low‑code or enterprise agentic AI frameworks such as Dify, n8n, Copilot Enterprise, or Gemini Enterprise. Professional certifications from a major cloud provider (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Azure Certified AI Engineer). Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience architecting solutions for regulated industries, particularly Financial Services (FSI). Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in Korean or Putonghua (Mandarin).
