(Senior) Executive, Ecommerce Sales

We are hiring a (Senior) Executive, Ecommerce Sales This dynamic role is designed for a hands‑on, digitally savvy professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about driving brand growth through eCommerce and digital channels. Job Responsibilities Ensure smooth daily marketplace operation including product listing, content optimization, customer service and order processing. Handle order fulfillment with supply chain and inventory management. Plan and monitor the company’s ongoing presence on social media. Launch optimized online advertisements through Facebook, Instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools. Day‑to‑day management of the marketplace function and expanding to new platforms. Develop and accelerate own brand sales through new and existing products while managing relationships with internal stakeholders. Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast‑moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities. Constantly develop and update knowledge on e‑commerce and marketplaces to maintain best practice within the FMCG industry. Requirements Degree in a business‑related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from an eCommerce enabler, platform or brand. Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Analytics will be nice to have. Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Dynamic, self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. SAP experience is a nice to have. Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
