We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue. Key Job Responsibilities Closely liaise with marketing and merchandising teams to drive business growth in newly developed markets. Provide e‑commerce strategies and plans to meet company growth targets and maximize ROI in new markets. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business improvement. Initiate and follow up action items according to the company yearly plan. Create and manage SEO/SEM campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions. Utilize different ad types in Google Ads to maximize sales performance efficiently. Adapt and test new functions on Google to grow the customer base. Prepare regular reports on e‑commerce platform performance, including key metrics, sales trends, pricing, and SEM campaign effectiveness. Work closely with different function units to ensure smooth consumer experiences on the website. Handle ad‑hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related disciplines. 3‑5 years of solid experience managing e‑commerce businesses. Strong leadership skills is an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEM and SEO. Proficiency in using e‑commerce platforms and CMS systems. Ability to work independently and under pressure, and cooperate well with different departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager or Senior Executive roles.
